ASSESSMENT CRITERIA:
1. Tools and equipment are prepared according to the need of infant/toddler.
2. Distressed infants and toddlers are responded to based on appropriate methods, activity and non-verbal cues.
3. Infants and toddlers are picked up and cuddled according to procedure.
4. Checked the infants and toddlers’ vital signs based on procedure.
5. Checked the water quantity and temperature as per requirement.
6. Bathed infants and toddlers according to procedure.
7. Made comforters available to infants and toddlers when needed.
8. Cleaned and sterilized the infants and toddlers’ feeding bottles as needed.
9. Prepared the milk formula as prescribed.
10. Fed and burped the infant according to established procedure.
11. Prepared crib of infants and toddlers, based on procedure.
12. Infants and toddlers put to sleep based on procedures.
13. Infants and toddlers exposed to family members, relatives and playmates for communication and interaction purposes.
14. Infants/toddlers provided with manipulative creative toys and games as needed.
15. Infants/toddlers given exercise activities as required.
